Christmas card virus top of the tree for December

Last month's Christmas card virus proved the most prevalent of the month according to UK antivirus experts Sophos. The electronic card only began infecting machines in the middle of the month, yet numbers of the Zafi-D virus hidden within it accounted for more than a third of reports. UPDATED: Forty-two per cent of 4G iPods have audio defect, website claims

Forty-two per cent of new, fourth generation iPods are afflicted with defect audio, according to an iPodlounge survey. DoCoMo offers 3G Compact Flash card

NTT DoCoMo has announced it will offer a Compact Flash card that contains a 3G radio, giving access to the company's third-generation FOMA service to handheld and desktop computers. The card - P2402 - will enable videophone and other wireless data services offered on FOMA at speeds of up to 384Kbits/sec downstream and 64Kbits/sec upstream.
