Spamhaus risks losing .org domain name

Leading anti-spam operation, Spamhaus is threatened with losing its domain name, which would effectively put it out of business. The challenge comes from a company that says that blacklisting by Spamhaus had caused it lost business and jobs. December saw the biggest surge yet in the number of unbundled Internet connections in the UK, with 200,000 new LLU lines taking the total to 1.3 million. A French bank has come up with a cheap and easy way of boosting its total computing capability. BNP Paribas is using off-the-shelf grid software to harness the power of all the PCs that sit idle on its desks overnight. Macromedia contributes to eBay Stores

Macromedia has announced a special version of its Contribute website editing application designed to simplify the creation and customisation of eBay Stores. eBay Store sellers will be able to create and manage their store from within Contribute, without needing to know any HTML, allowing them to quickly design and publish a professional-looking store featuring logos, images, descriptions, product categories, product showcases, and product search.
