Litigious porn publisher lashes out at Google

Porn publisher Perfect 10 is seeking an injunction against Google to stop it showing thumbnails of its copyright images in search results. The company filed the request in an LA District Court on Wednesday, as part of an ongoing copyright infringement case first brought last November. Bloggers claim 'confidentiality' defence against Apple

The Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) will defend the AppleInsider and PowerPage blogging sites from a legal assault by Apple. Last month, Apple subpoenaed the publishers of the Apple blogs, seeking the name of an insider that led to articles about a product code-named 'Asteroid'. Dell releases Ubuntu-based PCs

Dell has confirmed today that it is launching three computer systems, including one laptop, that will come with the open-source Ubuntu Linux operating system already installed.
