ISPs call for broadband regulation

The UK ISP's industry body has called for government intervention as the only way to achieve universal broadband coverage. The Internet Service Providers' Association (ISPA) also wants to see trigger levels set for every exchange in the country, and says that a mixed technology approach should be adopted to accelerate broadband rollout.
