Bulldog launches 6Mb broadband

Bulldog has added a residential 6Mbps service to its range of ADSL broadband services available on its London network. PrimeTime 6000 provides 6Mbps downstream during off-peak hours, that's between 6pm and 8am, reverting to a standard 512kbps during the day. Samsung's BD-P1000 makes its Blu-ray play for Europe

Samsung has announced that its first Blu-ray player, the BD-P1000, will be available in Europe from October. The player takes full advantage of high-definition displays, playing content at native 720p, 1080i or 1080p video resolution. Google launches AdWords over the airwaves

Google is bringing its AdWords programme to digital radio listeners in the states, offering a new radio ad distribution channel for Google advertisers. The search giant has announced an agreement with XM Satellite Radio - a satellite radio service in the States, with 7 million listeners - to open up advertising slots on non-music channels.
