Ofcom orders further LLU broadband price cuts

Ofcom has ordered further cuts in BT's LLU charging, following the completion of its review into the ADSL wholesale market. The UK telecoms regulator has concluded that, with more up-to-date cost data to hand, voluntary cuts made by BT in September are no longer sufficient. BT has invested in automated processes that it says have 'significantly' reduced LLU costs. ...more

Apple UK has published a guide explaining how easy it is to for Macs and PCs to 'peacefully co-exist' 'The Macintosh and Windows worlds are no longer separated by incompatible standards,' says the site. 'Contrary to popular myth, Macs and PCs connect seamlessly to the same networks, share many common applications and exchange data and files 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.'
