Spanish courts have ordered the closure of the Weblisten downloads store, following a lawsuit by the country's music royalties collection service, AGEDI. The website had been selling music since 1997 with licences from publishers, but not from record labels, and maintained that it was operating legally. AOL closes deal to put Flat Rate in every high street

AOL UK has teamed up with European retail group Kingfisher to distribute co-branded software for AOL's unmetered access package Flat Rate. The software will be made available in Kingfisher's 2,000 Comet, B&Q, Woolworths and Superdrug stores throughout the UK.
