Forty-seven new broadband exchanges

BT has confirmed broadband ready-for-service dates for another 43 exchanges, though potential users will have to wait until February or March to get connected. Record revenues drive Intel profits

Intel counts its profits in the billions and records record revenues for the fourth quarter of 2003 - the chip giant has relased its financial figures for the last three months of the year.
