The Cube has been chosen by New York's Museum of Modern Art (MOMA) for its design collection. Joining MOMA's existing Mac collection that includes an original 1984 Macintosh, the Cube has fulfilled a prediction made in early advertisements, "True, it looks like it belongs in the Museum of Modern Art." Following Apple's successful iTunes model is the key to a successful online music business, according to a new report by Forrester Research. The report argues that the combination of an easy-to-use interface which as well as giving you access to music, lets you organise it, burn CDs and copy songs to a portable player are all necessary elements if rival services are to compete with Apple's. Medion has just launched a new range of sat nav devices starting from a penny shy of ?150. The German manufacturer has a strong tradition in producing keenly priced handheld devices to sell through large retailers, such as supermarkets, that has served it well in the PDA market, and its GPS range looks to be in a similar vein. Microsoft has announced two new brands for the delivery of online services: Windows Live and Microsoft Office Live. Bill Gates unveiled the company's new online strategy, with Windows Live intended 'to bring together all the elements of an individual's digital world' while Office Live helps small companies 'do business online'.
