Bloggers claim 'confidentiality' defence against Apple

The Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) will defend the AppleInsider and PowerPage blogging sites from a legal assault by Apple. Last month, Apple subpoenaed the publishers of the Apple blogs, seeking the name of an insider that led to articles about a product code-named 'Asteroid'.
