Take-Two in trouble over Elder Scrolls IV topless mod

Take-Two is reportedly in hot water once again over hidden content within a game it co-publishes. Following the long-drawn out controversy over 'Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas', which was found to include a hidden 'pornographic' mini game, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion has now apparently fallen foul of a US regulator. The US Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) has changed the game's rating to 'mature' from 'teen', reports Reuters, which means it is deemed unsuitable for those under 17. ...more

Stolen hospital laptop prompts ID theft concerns

A laptop stolen from a hospital in Cornwall contained the personal and financial information of 10,000 NHS staff. The computer, which stored staff names, addresses and bank details was taken from the Royal Cornwall Hospitals Trust. Supermarket shopping is slower online

An investigation into supermarket shopping online has discovered that you can save yourself on average nine minutes by taking a trolley round the aisles of the real thing. The report from the Good HouseKeeping Institute has found that using the websites of major supermarkets takes an average of 46 minutes per shop, compared with 37 minutes for going in and doing it yourself. It also found that the selection online is not as wide-ranging - not one of the supermarket websites had all of the 26 items on the shopping list, and some items in the order had to be substituted. ...more
