Borland has taken the wraps off Delphi 6, which brings the world of Web Services into a graphical development environment. Three editions of the popular Object Pascal-based system are scheduled to be available this month: Enterprise, Professional and Personal, and the latest release emphasises the development of "Web Service" applications. Premier League sues YouTube

The Premier League has sued YouTube for copyright infringement, the second such legal challenge to the popular video site in two months. The lawsuit, filed in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York, charges that YouTube deliberately encourages massive copyright infringement on its website to generate public attention and boost traffic.
