Epson claims digital paper breakthrough

Epson is claiming a breakthrough in the pursuit of digital paper: a foldable flexible screen that could be used to replace paper. It claims the quad XGA (1536 x 2048) resolution marks out its A6-size sample as the highest resolution prototype in existence. VIA launches JEDEC Standard DDR400 Memory certification

Chip developer, VIA Technologies, has introduced a programme to validate JEDEC specification DDR400 memory for its chipsets for the Intel Pentium and AMD Athlon XP processors. The programme, developed in conjunction with Advanced Validation Labs (AVL), uses VIA's PT800 and KT600 reference platforms.
