Infogrames named as Sega target

Infogrames has remained unavailable for comment amid increasing speculation that Sega is looking to buy the games company. The French publisher holds many major licenses after several years of aggressive take-overs, including Epic shooter Unreal, Reflections' hit crime title Driver, Geoff Crammonds' Grand Prix series, original survival horror Alone in the Dark, upcoming Superman titles, Looney Toons, Terminator 3 and the Men in Black games. Microsoft anti-trust ruling, the confusion continues

The United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia has finally come to a judgement over the Microsoft anti-trust case, and it's a bit of a curate's egg. In part, the circuit judges have affirmed the decisions of the lower court and in part they have reversed them. A new variant of the Bagle worm appears to be spreading rapidly. Kaspersky Lab says it has already caused a serious outbreak and uses a range of methods to ensure propagation.
