Intel trumpets move towards 65 nanometer process Chip giant Intel has announced that it has succeeded in building a 70Mbit static memory chip based around 65m technology. The company says that at 35nm, the gates which turn the transistors on and off are 30 per cent smaller than the previous 90nm generation of chips.
