Oracle CEO Larry Ellison has been accused of illegally selling shares in the company knowing they'd soon be devalued after the software firm's third-quarter results were published. New service to drag mobiles out of the shadows

A new mobile phone concept in Korea is hoping to remove familiar coverage problems for so-called 'shadow areas' such as mountain sides, tunnels and the seaside. The system, which has been created by an alliance of mobile phone network Shinsegi Telecom and satellite communication network Daecom, aims to provide a quality service even in shadow areas or in the case of a temporary network failure. Online photo labs are increasingly refusing to make prints from digital images sent in by customers because the photographs are too good. Copyright law prohibits photo labs from making prints of any image that is not owned by the customer in question.
