Apple's next big one more thing set for September show

Apple has been sending out invitations to a special event on 12 September, when many expect it to unveil an iTunes movie store. The invitation to the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts Theater in San Francisco reads 'It's Showtime' over an image of a white Apple logo swept by four criss-crossing movie premiere-style spotlights. New HP boss plays down rumours of imaging group spin off

Industry giant HP has named Mark Hurd as the company's new chief executive officer and president. The appointment follows the recent sacking of HP's previous high profile CEO Carly Fiorina.
