The EU has no plans to investigate whether Apple's iTunes Music Store breaches its competition laws, despite threats of action by two member states. Sweden and Denmark have both said they will investigate whether the digital music service violates local consumer protection laws. Nationwide reassures customers after laptop containing sensitive data was stolen

Nationwide CEO asserts that customers' money is safe after a company laptop that had customer data on it was stolen. Nationwide Building Societyhas only just informed customers that sensitive data they entrusted to the institution's care may have been stolen when an employee's laptop was taken in a domestic break-in a number of months ago.
