Reading Microsoft's new End User Licensing Agreement (EULA), Parallels discovered that it expressly prohibits running the Home Basic and Home Premium editions of Vista in a virtual machine. The Canalys report showed shipments of Tablet PCs had taken the hit this quarter, and total shipments since launch had yet to reach 100,000.
