UK firms better at e-buying than e-selling

British businesses are much more likely to buy than sell over the Internet according to the National Statistics Office. Whilst 29 per cent of companies reported they bought over the internet in 2003, only five per cent sold anything - even though this total was up a quarter over the 2002 figure. Researchers have made advances towards integrating living cells into memory chips. Israeli scientists have shown it is possible to store data on an artificial culture of live neurons, imprinting rudimentary memories.
