Supreme Court gives tech companies breathing space in patent cases

The US Supreme Court has struck a blow against the patent trolls. The Justices agreed unanimously that injunctions against patent infringing technology should only be used as a last resort. IBM extends its Infoprint family

Infoprint 1116 is IBM's new entry-level laser printer for small workgroups and individuals. Part of the recently launched Infoprint 1000 family, the 1116 has a printing rate of 16 pages per minute (ppm) and supports a choice of resolutions of up to 1,200x1200 dots per inch.
