Accountants blocking the progress of Open Source

Accountants are stopping small businesses from switching to Open Source solutions, according to OpenAdvantage, a business advice centre. Speaking at Linuxworld Conference and Expo in London today, Director Scott Thompson said that the lack of a small business version of Sage for Linux is 'one of the biggest hurdles we face'. ADSL provider Bulldog has launched a self-install WiFi networking kit designed for homes and small businesses that want to share a broadband connection. The kit comprises a D-Link DSL-604+ wireless router, D-Link DWL-650+ wireless PCMCIA card or D-Link DWL-120 wireless USB adapter, and two D-Link 20MF microfilters.
