Warner Brothers combines Blu-ray and HD DVD

A research team from Warner Brothers has come up with a possible solution to the high definition DVD wars that are threatening to scuttle the whole transition to a new format: support both Blu-ray and HD DVD formats, along with the standard DVD format, on a single disk.
