Novell attacks SCO on Sequent allegations

Novell has effectively ordered SCO to drop charges against IBM based on IBM-owned Sequent's obligations regarding its System V Unix licence. In a letter sent 6 February to SCO's General Counsel, Ryan Tibbits, Novell argued that SCO has no right to demand Sequent keep Unix code confidential under the Unix licence to Sequent from AT&T - the original owner of Unix.
