IT buyers feel trapped by vendors, according to new report

Nearly one third of US IT buyers feel 'trapped' by their vendors with 23 per cent reporting that their vendors are at 'high risk' of losing their business. These findings are part of a survey of some 13,000 IT buyers by the American customer satisfaction researcher Walker Information. RIAA fires off fresh suits against file-sharers

The Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) has launched another barrage of lawsuits against alleged illegal file sharers. The 753 new suits bring the total number of individuals sued in the US to more than 6,500. As before, the RIAA has initiated John Doe lawsuits in which the sued individuals are known only by their IP addresses and the times and dates that they were online. ...more
