Dell turns to Google for bundling options

Dell is looking into shipping PCs with Google software pre-installed according to reports. Google announced its Google Pack during its keynote at this year's Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas in January comprising its own search, comms, mapping and image software, as well as a range of third-party components such as the Firefox browser. New holes found in IE leave PCs vulnerable

New vulnerabilities in Microsoft's Internet Explorer could allow remote code to be run on the target machine, and there is currently no patch available. Security experts Secunia discovered the holes earlier this month and found they could be exploited even in a fully patched Windows machine.
