Dell has been making positive noises about market share growth ahead of publishing its quarterly results today. An ice cream man has been convicted for running a piracy operation from his van, selling fake DVDs, CDs and games. HP has identified a design flaw in certain notebook memory modules that can cause system crashes. Compaq and HP laptops are among the models affected and the company is offering no-cost replacements.
