Brand name laptops win reliability survey but Dell and Gateway have cause for concernA study of over 20,000 support calls has shown that Apple and Lenovo make the most reliable laptops. Computer support agency Rescuecom studied the call data from its centres and cross referenced it against the market share of brands in different US locations. AllofMP3 claims big slice of UK market

A Russian music downloads site is more popular than Napster among UK digital consumers, according to XTN Data. The market researcher found that AllofMP3 has a 14 per cent market share, ahead of Napster's eight per cent and Wippit MSN, both with six per cent.
