Warner Brothers Interactive is set to hit videogame publishers that have licensed its brands with extra costs if games based on those brands don't come up to standards it will set. Scientists claim screen colour breakthrough

Swiss scientists have developed and produced a computer and TV screen capable of producing the full spectrum of colours within white light, rather than the restricted palette displayed by current technologies. The prototype displays pixels that change colour as a underlying polymer is activated by an electrical current, allowing different wavelengths of light to escape from the screen.
