Ofcom to investigate BT's new residential phone tariffs

Telcoms regulator Ofcom is to investigate whether BT's new residential phone tariffs are anti-competitive. Ofcom says it has received complaints from 13 so-called Carrier Pre-Selection Operators (CPSOs).
