More than half of MySpace visitors are older than 35, according to a survey by ComScore. Visitors to the website credited with breaking the likes of the Arctic Monkeys and Lily Allen are now more likely to be listening to the Rolling Stones. DoJ anti-trust settlement with Microsoft makes progress

The US Department of Justice says it is finally making progress over the long running anti-trust case against Microsoft. There had been concerns that the software giant was continuing to spin out its compliance with the settlement it reached with the Federal Government in 2002. RIPA order relaid

Last summer's RIPA order - an addendum to RIPA which would have given hundreds of government bodies access to communications data - has been resurrected after undergoing what the governments describes as a 'radical revision.' The order as it stood last summer gave hundreds of bodies - from the police force to parish councils - access to communications data: data on electronic communications (although not the content of them).
