Interactive TV will give consumers more power

Interactive TV is coming and will put control of the airwaves in the hands of the viewers, but nobody is sure how or when, was the conclusion of a conference organised by First Tuesday. The panellists, including representatives from Telewest, FutureTV, Forrester Research and Illumina, said that what was certain was that TV chiefs would have less control of their audience as they turned from passive to active viewers.
