Kingston first UK local authority to switch to IP Telephony

The Royal Borough of Kingston has switched off its PBX telephone system and replaced it with an IP Telephone system. The council is the first in the UK to be equipped entirely with IP telephony. Sony's profits-drop beats expectations

Sony has announced its third-quarter results and has halved its profit estimate for the full year to $423m.
