Microsoft to give advanced warning of security alerts

Microsoft has announced that in future it intends to give three days notice of its security alerts in order the IT managers can prepare to apply the patches. Currently, security bulletins are scheduled to be released on the second Tuesday of each month. Mozilla has begun testing builds of Firefox that include a new spatial navigation feature. This lets users navigate links in Web pages using the cursor keys; links are selected based on their relative visual positions.
