SCO meets IBM Interrogatories deadline, waiting on other information SCO has filed a 'Notice of Compliance with Court Order' in response to the order to compel discovery granted to IBM, but says that due to 'certain officers and directors' being away for Christmas there are some files it expects to submit at a later date. In SCO's press release it describes its response as only answering 'certain interrogatories', and in the notice it says it may need to 'supplement or amend' its answers to the interrogatories as the investigation continues. In particular, it is unclear whether SCO has managed to 'identify and state with specificity the source code(s) that SCO is claiming form the basis of their action against IBM', as requested in the order. ...more Compaq unveils its next generation PC At the Comdex trade show, Compaq has previewed a new design for its Evo business PC range, the Evo D500 Ultra-slim Desktop.
