One in five managers sceptical about home working Research published this week suggests that a handful of managers are still resistant to the idea - and the reality - of flexible working. It has announced the creation of the Open XML Translator project, which will provide a set of conversion tools, both for the forthcoming Office 2007 and previous versions of Office.
