Could Apple be about to offer CD quality sound recordings through its iTunes Music Stores using a lossless compression format? The tool by which record labels submit content, has been updated to accommodate CD-quality recordings, in addition to the existing AAC format, according to AppleInsider. WebTV pushed into MSN

Microsoft's Internet on TV service WebTV is to become part of its MSN unit. Microsoft also plans to use WebTV technology to implement its interactive television UltimateTV service which will combine interactive television, a digital video recorder, satellite TV and Net access.
