SCO investor gets cold feet BayStar Capital is looking to get its money out of SCO and has asked it to redeem its 20,000 shares in view of alleged breaches of the exchange agreement - SCO says it doesn't think it's in breach of agreement. The company made $20mn on a $50mn investment in the Unix company back in October last year, along with the Royal Bank of Canada.
