UK games chart: Ninja Turtles are number one

Some very familiar old names at the top of this week's ELSPA UK Games Chart - Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are number one, holding off the highest new entry, Pok?mon Ranger. It seems that two TV shows are keen to cash in the on the popularity of Maxis' people simulator, The Sims. First off the blocks is TV comedy The Drew Carey Show, in which an up-and-coming episode sees the eponymous hero in a short scene resembling the game, complete with Sims thought-bubbles. A new gadget called the Kima is on the market and aims to transform the way we listen to Internet radio stations. The device can only be described as a fancy baby alarm with a base unit that plugs into your PC (or TV or DVD player) and a receiver that transmits the audio as an FM signal so you can tune in your radio to the broadcast.
