Twentieth Century Fox commits to Blu-ray

Twentieth Century Fox has committed to releasing films on Blu-ray discs, once the players are launched in the US and Europe. The announcement is not much of a surprise - the Rupert Murdoch-owned studio is a member of the Blu-ray Disc Association - but it is another sign that the imminent battle between the two high definition disc formats is beginning to heat up. Pokemon virus on the loose

Pikachu and chums have moved out of the world of surreal children's entertainment to begin attacking PCs. Nicknamed "Pokey", the virus is attached to a message which purports to be sent from the Pokemon Website and carries the subject line "Pikachu Pokemon".
