Google in video syndication talks - New York Times

Google is in talks with large content companies such as Conde Nast, Sony BMG Music Entertainment and Dow Jones to syndicate their video content across the Web, according to a report in the New York Times reported on Monday. The paper states that the videos appear inside Google ad boxes on sites that are relevant to the content of the videos and advertisements run during or after the content. Google then shares the ad revenue with the video provider and with the sites that show the videos. ...more
