Napster cues up music chat for download

Napster has begun adding free music-related chat hosted by DJ Steve Lamacq to its music downloads store. On the first programme - Don't Shoot Me I'm Only The MP3 Player - Lamacq will be joined by regular contributors, the journalists Miranda Sawyer and Keith Cameron plus guests Daniel Bedingfield and Estelle. Oftel twists BT's arm over broadband

Oftel has told BT that it must make its local-loop unbundling prices transparent, remove one-off charges and act immediately on ISPs' requests to enter BT's exchanges.
